Process and Administrative Analyst | Job Details Do you enjoy analyzing data and improving processes? We’re expanding our Corporate team and are looking for a Process and Administration Analyst to join us. Your mission will be to ensure the effective management, control, and optimization of administrative, accounting, tax, and treasury processes related to people management. You will bring a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and a continuous improvement perspective to enhance the efficiency and quality of the company’s financial operations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee accounting processes related to employees, including payroll reconciliations, salary costs, Social Security contributions, advances, severance payments, compensation packages, travel expenses, benefits in kind, and tax prepayments. Coordinate and execute tax-related processes involving employees and external collaborators, ensuring accurate management of personal income tax (IRPF), dividends, and other tax obligations. Manage treasury-related processes associated with employees, such as travel expense reimbursements, salary advances, severance payments, garnishments, and other related transactions. Maintain and update employee information within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, including onboarding and offboarding processes, work calendars, employee costs, work locations, vacation records, and project assignments. Analyze and improve administrative and financial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and automation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of all managed data. Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure effective information flow and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Participate in additional activities and projects within the Finance Management Operations department, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience managing administrative, accounting, tax, or treasury processes. Experience in personnel administration environments and knowledge of labor-related processes and regulations.
