Your role as a trusted consultant will empower you to collaborate with colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to delivering outstanding products and services. /ph3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3ulliImplement and continuously improve the quality aspects of the Integrated Management System in alignment with production quality strategies and regulations. /liliPlan, implement, and monitor the audit program, including certification audits, to ensure compliance with quality standards. /liliDrive the implementation of global quality programs across production sites, focusing on continuous improvement and sharing best practices. /liliManage product safety activities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. /liliAddress and resolve customer complaints related to manufacturing and supplier issues effectively. /liliLead the development and execution of quality methods and risk management processes in production, ensuring effective prioritisation. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent experience. /liliProficient in English (B2 level) and Euskera in advanced level. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles as well as supervising a minimum of 20 people and flexibility to work in different schedules. /liliKnowledge of Quality Systems, ISO Standards, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. /liliFamiliarity with Quality Tools (e.g., 8D) and Lean Manufacturing Principles. /liliExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). /li /ulh3Who is Siemens Gamesa? /h3pSiemens Gamesa is part of Siemens Energy, a integral leader in energy technology with a rich legacy of innovation spanning over 150 years.
