We're looking for someone to join our Purchasing team who loves organizing, negotiating, and staying one step ahead of the business's needs. Someone who understands that behind every raw material, every package, and every order, there are thousands of families trusting us. You’ll be a key part of making sure we never run short on the essentials — from raw materials to the packaging our products need to reach families on time, with the highest quality, and in line with our standards. You’ll work hand in hand with our Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient sourcing and help our products reach families at just the right moment. What you’ll do day to day • Manage purchases of raw materials, finished products, and auxiliary materials (packaging, labels, wrapping, etc.), • Build close relationships with our suppliers, ensuring quality, availability, and on-time delivery, • Monitor stock and inventory levels to guarantee supply without losing efficiency, • Calculate safety stock, optimize minimum order quantities (MOQs), and manage lead times, • Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics to align purchasing with real demand, • Oversee proper expiry date management and product rotation (FIFO) — especially critical in organic baby food, • Resolve supplier issues quickly and proactively, always aiming for the best solution, • Spot opportunities to improve purchasing and inventory processes so we keep growing sustainably We’d love to meet you if • You have at least 3 years of experience in a Purchasing role, ideally within the food industry, • You’re comfortable with Excel and have experience with an ERP system (NetSuite, Oracle, Delsys, or similar), • You can communicate in English (B2 level or above) with international suppliers, • You enjoy analyzing data to make better decisions and identify opportunities for improvement, • You’re organized, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently, • You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating across different areas of the business What we offer • Competitive compensation package, including a flexible benefits plan, • Up to 60 days of flexible remote work per year, • Flexible working hours to support work-life balance, • Ongoing training and real opportunities for professional growth, • Employee discounts, • Offices right in the heart of Madrid's Gran Vía, • Shorter working days in summer, • Sponsored participation in races and sporting events, • And above all, the opportunity to grow alongside a company that's transforming baby food We're looking for people who want to be part of something more than just a job.
