Key Responsibilities • Support regional IT infrastructure, workplace services across Europe., • Manage and maintain IT assets including networks, servers, cloud resources, office IT facilities and end-user devices to ensure stable and secure operations., • Coordinate with local vendors and service providers for internet connectivity, telecommunications,hardware support, office IT setup and other infrastructure-related services., • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement corporate IT standards, infrastructure policies andsecurity requirements within the regional environment., • Support the deployment, maintenance and lifecycle management of workplace technologies,collaboration tools and enterprise IT services., • Monitor infrastructure performance, system availability and service quality, and proactively identifyoperational risks and improvement opportunities., • Provide technical support and coordination for infrastructure incidents, service disruptions andoperational escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact., • Participate in IT projects, office expansions, system rollouts,database operation and infrastructureupgrades across regional locations., • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, including service coordination, issue follow-up and basic cost and budget control., • Ensure IT operations and infrastructure practices comply with company security policies, GDPR andapplicable European regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Experience, • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or arelated field., • Experience in IT infrastructure operations, end-user support, workplace services or regional ITadministration within an international business environment., • Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networks, servers, cloudplatforms (such as AWS or Azure), Microsoft 365 and endpoint management., • Familiarity with IT service management processes and operational support in multi-site or regionalenvironments., • Experience working with local vendors, telecom providers and external IT service partners., • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment., • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate acrossmulticultural and cross-functional teams., • Fluent English communication skills; additional European language capabilities are a plus. xohynlm, • Knowledge of information security, GDPR and IT compliance standards is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
