Become a part of the “strength within.” /p h3Process Engineer ECP – Parla, Spain /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and control industrial processes across the production of all intermediates and finished goods through recipes, trials, procedures, records, documentation, controls, etc. /li liApply and deploy continuous improvement philosophy across the production processes to improve quality, enhance robustness, increase sustainability and reduce cost. /li liSupport daily problems found across the production lines, working closely with blue‑collar staff to ensure procedures are followed, processes are improved and controls are functioning. /li liSupport internal and external audits; help develop, support and/or lead action plans to close gaps. /li liEnsure that all quality policies and procedures are followed across the manufacturing processes, deploying improvements, action plans and closing gaps to achieve company goals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Preferred engineering degrees: Chemical or Mechanical. /li liCandidates must have less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern co‑op experience). Experience in industrial environments is an added value. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. /li liMust be willing and able to relocate, travel domestically and internationally. /li liDemonstrated experience with continuous improvement, LEAN and/or Six Sigma tools is an added value; Green Belt certification is a plus. /li liExperience with information management tools such as ERPs, MES, SharePoint is an added value; knowledge of programming macros in Excel and advanced skills on Power BI, Power Apps or other business intelligence tools is a plus. /li /ul pCandidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based. /p pHexcel (NYSE: HXL) is a global leader in advanced composites technology, a leading producer of carbon fiber, and the world leader in honeycomb manufacturing for the commercial aerospace industry. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
