The Process Engineer will be a key contributor to fabrication development and long‑term value creation. /p pAs a valued person of the Team, this position will have the opportunity to work directly with reliability team, transformation project engineering team, warehouse, supply chain, sales, purchasing, etc. /p pIf this sounds like you, then we invite you to apply to join the Guardian Industries Navarra Team. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liBuild a foundational understanding of the glass production line, including applying root cause analysis to address performance and quality issues. /li liDevelop safe, compliant, and reliable operations through standard work procedures and statistical process control. /li liIdentify opportunities for improvement and optimization and manage projects to implement solutions. /li liOwnership of output quality, production performance metrics, and process waste. /li liLead troubleshooting and problem-solving events. /li liSupport Operations in a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment. /li liTraining production operators and working collaboratively with them to improve processes. /li liOpportunity to develop expertise in float processes and equipment to support troubleshooting and process improvements. /li liBuild expertise in float processes and equipment to strengthen troubleshooting, reliability and process improvements. /li /ul h3Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial/Operations, Materials Science, Chemistry). /li liAbility to work effectively independently and as part of a cross-functional team (leading or supporting initiatives as needed). /li liExperience operating, supporting, or improving manufacturing production processes. /li liAbility to use statistical methods and data analysis to improve production processes. /li liExperience working with customers to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions. /li liAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written). /li /ul h3What Will Put You Ahead /h3 ul liIndustrial experience /li liKnowledge of EHS, Quality and continuous improvement tools /li liExperience in an engineering role /li liStrong problem-solving skills and proactivity /li liClear communication and self-driven approach to delivering results. /li /ul h3Who We Are /h3 pAs a Koch company, Guardian Glass is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of float, value-added and fabricated glass products and solutions.
