With plenty of opportunities to build your technical and project management skills and explore new horizons, this is more than just an assignment, it’s a true launching point for your international engineering career. /p pAre you ready to come aboard and start your journey with us?br/As a bManufacturing Industrialization Engineer (V.I.E.) /b, you will report to the Industrialization Manager in the Manufacturing Industrialization department based in La Roca (Barcelona), Spain for a V.I.E. contract. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting ongoing industrialization projects, contributing to process and equipment implementation. /li liLeading small projects or workstreams autonomously, from definition to execution. /li liContributing to the improvement of existing processes, focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, cost, and performance. /li liParticipating in the development of solutions in automation, manual assembly, plastic injection, and robotics. /li liSupporting testing, validation, and documentation of processes and equipment to ensure operational excellence. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAcademic background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar). /li liFirst experience or strong interest in manufacturing, industrialization, or process engineering. /li liAutonomous and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them forward. /li liStructured and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mindset. /li liFluent in English; Spanish is a strong asset in an international environment. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liDevelop your technical and project management skills in a multicultural environment. /li liBenefit from structured support, including mentorship and career development opportunities. /li liExperience life abroad in Spain while building a strong professional network. /li liA personalized onboarding program designed to make your first days smooth. /li liOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager's awarded Hi!
