The role is within our Space division. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine, maintain, and continuously improve company PA/QA procedures to ensure quality, reliability, and safety of products. /liliAct as a PA expert for space thermo‑structural and mechanisms, defining PA flow‑work to meet or exceed quality space standards and customer expectations. /liliIdentify, assess, and manage risks associated with product development and manufacturing processes. /liliImplement measures to monitor and control quality of space products during manufacturing and assembly, including developing quality control plans, performing inspections and tests, and addressing non‑conformities or defects. /liliMaintain accurate records of quality‑related activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions, and provide regular reports to management. /liliLead continuous improvement initiatives for product quality, reliability, and efficiency, analyzing quality data and implementing initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management. /liliMonitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels. /liliProvide training and guidance to the PA/QA team. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree and/or PhD in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics. /liliMore than 15 years of experience as a PA expert in aerospace‑related companies. /liliMore than 5 years working as a PA/QA expert in aerospace thermo‑structure or mechanical products. /liliDemonstrable experience in space product manufacturing. /liliExperience defining and managing PA/QA procedures and policies. /liliKnowledge of space policies and standards. /liliAbility to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. /liliExperience leading teams. /liliProficiency in English.
