ph3Your responsibilities and tasks /h3 ul liAnswer phone calls and manage customer requests, distributing calls to the appropriate team if needed. Receive customer requests via email and manage them. /li liDistribute requests from the shared customer service inbox to colleagues in the department. /li liManage quotations: receive requests, create quotations, follow up on acceptance and act on superior instructions. /li liOrder Management: create sales orders, purchase goods for the central warehouse and follow up on delivery. /li liCoordinate order delivery tracking with Supply Chain Logistics. /li liAdministrative management of service requests: register requests in the system, assign initial date and technician based on availability and area geographic. /li liInvoicing of services: produce proforma and final invoices after verifying documentation and data; track and receipt of orders for billing; issue credit notes in compliance with approval guidelines. /li liManage maintenance contracts: register contract info, control intervention dates, update materials list during term; bill accordingly. /li liManage incidents that arise during each phase of the “order to cash” process until resolution. /li liTravel management for technicians and other colleagues. /li /ul h3Your profile and qualifications /h3 ul liStudies in Administration Finance. /li liMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a back‑office department (Order Manager role). /li liTraining, knowledge and experience in administration. /li liExperience as part of a project‑management team is valuable. /li liLeadership personality experienced in leading high‑performance production organizations. /li liSpanish (Native). /li liEnglish (Advanced); Portuguese would be an asset. /li liHigh performance and result orientation. /li liConvincing personality capable of pushing for results despite resistance. /li liAbility to communicate with all levels within the organization. /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liAttractive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities. /li liPrivate health insurance plan. /li liEmployee Assistance Program. /li liFlexible working hours and a hybrid working model (up to two days per week remote). /li li23 days of vacation per year. /li liGreat work environment as part of a collaborative team. /li liContinuous internal training and career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally. /li liOpportunity to join a company recognized as a Top Employer 2026. /li /ul pGEA is an equal opportunity employer.
