With over 40 years of heritage, we’re an agile, fast growing, Cloud company that is on a mission to redefine Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for mid‑market people‑centric organisations. /p pWith our innovative, self‑driving, adaptive and intuitive software, our customers can spend more time on meaningful high‑value work. /p pAt the heart of what we do lies a simple yet profound purpose:bImprove how people work by focusing on what truly matters. /b — A powerful statement that enables different priorities for different people. /p pWe’re shapingbhow work should feel /b, and we empower our people by providing them with the right tools to achieve the autonomy they need - it's what makes us unique. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liRepresent business stakeholders as member of the Engineering Team for one or more functional areas, acting as the voice of the customer within the team and representing customer needs, priorities and constraints in every decision /li liWork directly with internal and external stakeholders to refine the roadmap and features for targeted markets, ensuring alignment with customer problems before specification work begins /li liAccountable for market acceptance of solutions in assigned functional areas without compromising product integrity, salability and maintainability, as well as overall customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes /li liOwn all aspects of delivery, including scope, pricing context and customer‑facing trade‑offs /li liOwn and manage the delivery schedule, ensuring accuracy, credibility, and clear communication of progress, risks and changes to customers and stakeholders /li liPartner with others to plan the commitment for product increments, manage development and delivery of features according to plan, and provide business with estimates for broad roadmap initiatives /li liBuild out and manage the feature backlog, maintaining prioritization to ensure the team is always working on the highest‑value items while balancing business needs with technical feasibility and scalability /li liDefine clear acceptance criteria for each deliverable and sign off completed work on behalf of the customer /li liCoordinate feature delivery with other agile teams, identifying project interdependencies and working with Product Managers and Product Owners to determine the most efficient and effective delivery sequence /li liNegotiate and manage changes to scope, timelines and commitments with customers and internal stakeholders /li liPartner with the Lead Product Developer to balance commercial urgency with technical quality and sustainability /li liPrioritize and drive sound business decisions during delivery of product increments, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer roadmap /li liTriage defect queues for assigned functional areas with client support and drive defect resolution with engineering teams according to SLAs /li liCoordinate sprint reviews and presentations to key customers, stakeholders and senior management to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement /li liEnsure alignment of the team’s output with product strategy and customer roadmap /li liMay serve as Product Owner for one or more teams of moderate complexity, depending on the needs of the assigned functional areas /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of professional experience as a bProduct Manager/Owner /b with demonstrated increases in accountability and leadership /li liBachelor’s degree required in relevant field of study; Master’s degree preferred /li libProduct Owner certification /b required from recognized accrediting body (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, SAFe, LeSS), other agile certifications through same accreditors considered on a case‑by‑case basis /li liKnowledge of the bprinciples of product management /b, Product Management certification a plus /li liKnowledge in bprocurement /b field is a strong plus /li liProven results in bleading teams /b of individuals with varying skills and backgrounds /li liExperience with bclient journeys /b, and demonstrated ability to synthesize process data /li liAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal /li liEffective brelationship builder‑ability /b to partner cross‑functionally, cross‑enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types /li liComfortable in a dynamic, fast‑moving work environment with a positive attitude and solid work ethic /li liUnderstanding of how people go through a change and the change process /li liTechnical acumen with a keen understanding of broader business needs and strategy /li liExposure to working in a large organization with many stakeholders /li liA passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb client experience /li liSuperior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade‑offs and tell a compelling story /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 h3Who we are?
