Country: Spain. /p h3Global Digital Product Experience Manager – Madrid /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure effective execution of the digital insurance product roadmap. /li liElevate digital customer experience standards across all channels. /li liCoordinate structured follow‑up of digital performance across markets. /li liTranslate strategic priorities into actionable product and experience initiatives. /li /ul h3Digital Experience Leadership (Cross‑Channel) /h3 ul liLead the definition and evolution of the end‑to‑end digital insurance experience across app, web and assisted channels. /li liDrive journey simplification, friction reduction and customer‑centric design principles. /li liIdentify structural UX barriers impacting conversion and engagement. /li liEnsure cross‑channel consistency between digital and assisted environments. /li liCollaborate closely with the CRO Experimentation Lead to embed behavioral insights into journey design. /li liEstablish scalable UX standards and design guidelines across markets. /li liSupport countries in diagnosing experience gaps and defining improvement action plans. /li /ul h3Global Product Squad Ownership /h3 ul liAct as functional owner of the Digital Insurance squads (e.g., Daily Insurance and Protection Product squads). /li liGovern backlog prioritization based on business impact and funnel performance. /li liEnsure alignment between product roadmap and defined growth objectives. /li liCoordinate closely with Technology and BECO teams to ensure timely and effective delivery. /li liMonitor delivery progress and address cross‑functional dependencies. /li /ul h3Cross‑Country Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the main coordination point between Global and local digital insurance teams. /li liEstablish structured governance routines (e.g., performance reviews, roadmap alignment sessions). /li liMonitor action plan execution across markets. /li liEnsure consistent implementation of global initiatives and standards. /li liIdentify performance gaps and support corrective action plans. /li /ul h3KPI Follow‑up Performance Governance /h3 ul liWork closely with the Digital Analytics Lead to ensure transparency and comparability of KPIs. /li liTrack Digital Share, Conversion Rate, LTV/CAC and customer growth performance across markets. /li liEnsure action plans are clearly linked to measurable performance impact. /li liSupport preparation of structured performance materials for senior stakeholders. /li /ul h3Best Practice Identification Scaling /h3 ul liIdentify high‑performing initiatives across markets. /li liDevelop structured playbooks to replicate successful initiatives. /li liFoster knowledge sharing and cross‑country collaboration. /li liEnsure systematic documentation of learnings and scalable initiatives. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liAt least 15 years of professional experience, with strong exposure to digital product, customer experience and transformation roles. /li liProven experience leading cross‑channel digital experience optimisation initiatives. /li liExperience owning product backlogs and working closely with technology teams. /li liExperience working with attribution models and performance measurement frameworks. /li liExperience scaling paid media across multiple markets. /li liHands‑on experience designing, executing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests. /li liExperience coordinating multiple international markets. /li liExperience operating in large, matrix organisations. /li liExperience in insurance, banking or financial services (preferred). /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field. /li liMBA or postgraduate studies (preferred). /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in English and Spanish. /li liPortuguese (preferred). /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liStrong understanding of digital funnel dynamics and business impact drivers. /li liHands‑on experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or similar). /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics 4 and tag management tools. /li liUnderstanding of SEO and organic growth principles. /li liFamiliarity with AI‑driven search environments and emerging digital acquisition channels. /li liStrong understanding of behavioural science and user psychology principles. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStructured, analytical and performance‑oriented mindset. /li liStrong execution discipline and accountability. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liAbility to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies. /li liComfortable operating in international, multicultural environments. /li /ul h3We Value Your Impact /h3 pYou can expect a fair, competitive reward package that reflects the impact you create and the value you deliver, alongside rewards that go beyond numbers.
