part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team, you will play a key role in coordinating planning needs between Engineering, Purchasing, and Supply Chain, ensuring cost control, budget visibility, and efficient execution of purchasing activities. /p pYou will act as a primary interface for internal clients—mainly Engineering departments—collecting and anticipating their needs, proactively supporting purchase planning and optimization, and ensuring clear visibility of budgets, orders, and deliveries across Finance, Program, Warehouse, and Engineering teams. /p pThis role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional with an engineering background, capable of speaking the same technical language as engineers while ensuring strong financial and supply chain discipline within complex space programs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbPlanning Internal Coordination /b /p ul liAct as the main point of contact for internal clients (Engineering teams), collecting, consolidating, and anticipating their procurement and planning needs. /li liParticipate in Engineering planning activities, translating technical and program requirements into purchasing and supply chain actions. /li liServe as a key interface between Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Program, and Warehouse, ensuring alignment and smooth information flow. /li /ul pbBudget, Cost Order Management /b /p ul liSupport the monitoring and control of budgets, purchase orders, and deliveries, identify deviations, risks, and optimization opportunities proactively. /li liCoordinate closely with Finance to update and maintain the Estimate at Completion (EAC), ensuring consistency between committed, forecasted, and actual costs. /li liProvide clear and structured visibility on the status of budgets, orders, and deliveries to all relevant stakeholders. /li /ul pbSupply Chain Data Analysis /b /p ul liTrack and analyze all cost elements impacting the Supply Chain, including materials, long lead time items, and subcontracted services for space programs. /li liMaintain and continuously improve dashboards and KPIs related to cost, ordering, and delivery performance, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. /li liPerform purchasing, planning, and cost data analyses to support decision making by Purchasing Management and Controlling. /li /ul pbRisk Process Improvement /b /p ul liSupport risk analysis activities, including the monitoring of critical suppliers, single source situations, and make or buy scenarios. /li liEnsure proper and consistent use of ERP systems (Odoo or similar) for cost tracking, commitments, and purchasing processes. /li liActively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing purchasing workflows, planning coordination, reporting, and data management. /li /ul pbReporting Communication /b /p ul liPrepare periodic reports for internal stakeholders and program reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and decision-oriented content. /li liProactively communicate risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities related to budgets, planning, orders, and deliveries. /li /ul h3Required Competences /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Aeronautical or similar), enabling effective technical communication with Engineering teams. /li liProven experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, cost control, planning, or similar roles in industrial or technical environments. /li liStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and interfaces simultaneously. /li liAnalytical mindset with solid numerical, planning, and problem solving capabilities. /li liProactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive optimization actions. /li liHigh attention to detail and data quality. /li liFluent spoken and written English and Spanish. /li liSolid knowledge of office tools, especially Excel. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul h3Desired Competences /h3 ul liExperience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar. /li liExperience acting as an interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance. /li liExposure to complex programs, long lead time supplies, or project based industrial environments. /li liExperience or strong
