ppWe are looking for an entrepreneurial, client-driven Manager, role is remote-friendly after an initial 3–6 month onboarding period in Barcelona. /p pA Piece of Pie is a global strategy consultancy rooted in the human sciences. We work mainly with life sciences and healthcare companies on high-stakes questions where the answer is not obvious: how to position a new therapy, how to accelerate adoption, what matters in patients’ lived experience, or how to translate scientific value into stronger commercial strategy and storytelling. /p pOur work is about sensemaking. We help clients understand how patients, physicians, payers and internal teams interpret information, make decisions and change behaviour. We believe that in healthcare, strong science matters, but how that science is understood, framed and acted upon also has a direct impact on adoption, engagement and, ultimately, health outcomes. /p pWe are now looking for a Manager who can grow with us. Someone with strong consulting experience, ideally in life sciences, who enjoys both the work and the business of consulting: leading complex projects, building trusted client relationships, developing teams and helping shape the next stage of A Piece of Pie. /p pThis is a hands‑on, player‑manager role. You will stay close to the strategic work while also taking ownership of client growth, team development and business building. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a key leadership position in the company. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAt A Piece of Pie, we work in small, senior, high-impact teams.
