Events are our top revenue‑driving channel in EMEA, and your job is to make them count, from planning through to execution. Field Marketing at Lighthouse goes beyond the event room. You will also work across webinars, digital campaigns, partner co‑marketing, and localised content, understanding how each channel connects to pipeline and knowing when to activate the right one. You will run a packed calendar across diverse markets, contributing directly to commercial outcomes. You will build strong relationships with the regional sales teams, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and develop a sharp understanding of what works market by market. You will leverage AI tools across event planning, content creation, and reporting to move faster, work smarter, and show the real commercial contribution of field marketing to the business. /p h3Where you will have impact /h3 ul libOwn your piece of the event calendar. /b Work closely with the regional sales teams and your EMEA field marketing colleague to plan and execute events across your markets, from industry trade shows and partner activations to hosted experiences and sponsored engagements. Make them count. /li libBring the right judgement to every event. /b Help shape the EMEA event programme which events to prioritise, how Lighthouse shows up at each one, and what good looks like in your markets. You will operate with high autonomy, bringing ideas and flagging trade‑offs clearly. /li libBuild and nurture relationships. /b Develop connections with key industry players, associations, and partners that extend Lighthouse's reach in your markets. The right relationships open doors that no amount of spend can buy. /li libStay close to sales. /b Be a reliable, embedded partner to the EMEA sales teams. Understand their priorities, translate them into event activity, and keep them informed. Marketing and sales moving together is what drives results. /li libMake the numbers speak. /b Track, measure, and report on your field marketing activity. Manage your budget carefully, track against targets, and use data to tell a clear story of what's working and where to invest next. /li libGo beyond the event room. /b While events are our primary pipeline driver in EMEA, you will also support and contribute to broader field marketing activity, including webinars, digital campaigns, partner co‑marketing, and localised content. You don't need to be a specialist in all of these, but you understand how they connect to the event programme and can activate them when needed. /li libUse AI as a force multiplier. /b Leverage AI tools to work smarter across planning, content creation, and reporting. You have owned events end‑to‑end and have a track record of turning them into pipeline results. /li libYou operate with autonomy and initiative. /b You don't wait to be told what to do. You manage your own workload, flag issues early, and take ownership of your markets without needing constant direction. /li libYou're organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable under pressure. /b Managing a high‑volume event calendar across multiple markets without dropping the ball, on budget, on brand, on time, is exactly your kind of challenge. /li libA background in hospitality tech, travel tech, or SaaS is a strong plus. /b You have, or are actively building, a professional network across the European hospitality or travel technology space. /li libYou know Europe. /b Not as a concept, as a collection of distinct markets, each with its own culture, relationships, and pace.
