ph3Position Summary /h3 pThe Integration Manager supports the planning, coordination and execution of all integration activities related to MA transactions. The role is responsible for supporting the management of the integration program, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, synergy realization, governance, and value capture. The Integration Manager is responsible for integration activities, ensuring the successful execution of integration programs across acquired businesses. In addition to integration‑related responsibilities, the role will support broader MA activities, including due diligence coordination, transaction execution support, synergy assessment, value creation initiatives, and post‑merger integration efforts. The individual will work closely with cross‑functional workstreams, executive leadership, external advisors, and seller counterparts to ensure successful integration planning and execution while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment. integration program across all phases (pre‑signing readiness, pre‑close planning, Day 1, and post‑closing execution). /li liDevelop, maintain, and continuously update the Integration Master Plan, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and key deliverables. /li liTrack integration progress across functional workstreams and support delivery against timelines and objectives. /li liFacilitate cross‑functional coordination and proactively identify interdependencies and potential conflicts. /li liSupport Day 1 readiness planning and execution. /li liSupport coordination across core functional areas (e.g., Finance, IT, Operations, HR). /li liAssist in carve‑out and TSA tracking activities where applicable. /li liCoordinate activities across multiple integration projects and support execution of strategic initiatives. /li /ul pbGovernance and Executive Reporting /b /p ul liEstablish and maintain integration governance structures, decision‑making forums, and escalation processes. /li liCoordinate Steering Committee, Executive Leadership Team, and Integration Review meetings. /li liPrepare executive dashboards, status reports, risk summaries, and decision‑support materials. /li liEnsure transparency of integration progress, issues, and corrective actions. /li liDrive disciplined governance cadence and ensure timely escalation of critical decisions. /li liSupport tracking of key integration KPIs (e.g., milestones, synergy tracking). /li /ul pbRisk and Issue Management /b /p ul liIdentify, assess, monitor, and elevate integration risks and issues. /li liMaintain the integration risk register and mitigation plans. /li liSupport governance cadence and elevate issues as needed. /li liFacilitate problem‑solving and decision‑making across workstreams. /li liContribute to risk identification throughout planning and execution phases. /li liAnticipate and mitigate operational, cultural, and systems‑related risks impacting integration success. /li /ul pbSynergy and Value Realization /b /p ul liSupport the tracking and coordination of synergy targets and value capture initiatives. /li liOwn tracking and governance of realization against approved business cases and integration objectives. /liliCoordinate with Finance and business leaders to validate financial impacts and achievement of expected outcomes. /li liHighlight risks and gaps related to synergy delivery. /li liSupport reporting on linkage between integration actions and outcomes. /li /ul pbStakeholder Management and Communication /b /p ul liCommunicate effectively with integration workstream leaders, executive stakeholders, seller counterparts, consultants, and external advisors. /li liDevelop communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies. /li liEnsure stakeholder expectations are understood, managed, and met with respect to timelines, quality, and cost. /li liSupport workstream leads and promote accountability for deliverables. /li liContribute to change management and communication initiatives. /li /ul pbProcess Excellence /b /p ul liEnsure project management standards, methodologies, and tools are established, documented, followed, and continuously improved. /li liDrive consistency in planning, reporting, governance, and issue management across all integration workstreams. /li liPromote best practices in program and change management. /li liSupport continuous improvement of the company’s MA integration playbook and tools. /li liDocument lessons learned from integration projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline. /li liMaster’s degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred. /li liMinimum 4–6 years of experience in project management, consulting, MA, or transformation initiatives. /li liExperience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration projects preferred. /li liProject Management certification (PMP, Prince2, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent) is advantageous. /li liExperience working in international, multi‑site environments is strongly preferred. /li /ul h3Required Skills And Competencies /h3 pbBusiness and
