Impressive, right? /p pTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! /p pReady to be part of the experience? /p pNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. /p pAs part of the bFever Originals team /b, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs an Event Producer Intern, you will join our office in Madrid to support the development, launch, and management of Fever Originals experiences. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international team and gain hands-on experience in creating memorable experiences across Northern Europe. You will be involved in the full event lifecycle, from production planning and logistics coordination to onsite execution and post-event reporting, ensuring our events are delivered successfully, efficiently, and at the highest quality standard. To do this, you will work alongside Project Managers and collaborate with different departments across Fever, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Creative, while building relationships with venues, suppliers, agencies, and local partners. /p pThis role brequires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget /b. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment and events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and think bigger about how we create a compelling experience. /p pYou can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble, learn, and work nimbly. We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired hard or soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all aspects of Candlelight concerts' production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up /li liCreate production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule /li liCommunicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution of concerts /li liOptimize production costs and processes whenever possible /li liSecure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements /li liHandle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts /li liHelp to scale the experiences across Northern Europe /li liDomestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFluency in English. Knowledge of Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian is a strong plus! /li liPreferably having already some experience in the event production industry /li liAbility to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of a project in an organized and efficient way /li liUnderstanding of technical production requirements /li liHuge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly /li liYou’ll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then try to find solutions /li liHave strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships /li liAble to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts /li liCollaborative and willing to “get hands dirty” /li liStarting date: September 2026 /li /ul pYou’re currently enrolled in university.
