You will take ownership of customer projects from the moment they are handed over by our Sales team through to successful implementation and final handover to Customer Success. /p pYou will lead high‑value, business‑critical projects and work closely with customers, suppliers, engineers, software specialists, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to contract. If you enjoy leading complex technical projects, building trusted customer relationships, and working in an international environment, we’d like to hear from you. /p h3What does Element Logic offer? /h3 ul liA Great Place to Work®‑certified company, recognized for our culture and employee experience. /li liA fast‑growing business unit with 400% growth in two years. /li liWork‑life balance and flexibility through a hybrid work model. /li liThe option to work in our Madrid or Barcelona offices – you choose where you work. /li li"Jornada Intensiva" in July and August. /li liIndividual skills development plans. /li liMarket‑competitive salary, benefits, and private health insurance. /li /ul h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liResponsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex warehouse automation projects. /li liTake full ownership of projects from Sales handover to final delivery. /li liDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans. /li liLead internal and customer project kick‑off meetings. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. /li liCoordinate customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and cross‑functional project teams. /li liLead executive‑level customer meetings, steering committees, and project governance. /li liMonitor project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and contractual obligations. /li liIdentify challenges early, drive timely decisions, and manage escalations when required. /li liManage commercial discussions related to project changes and ensure strong financial control throughout project execution. /li liCommunicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders. /li liManage purchase orders, invoice proposals, invoice approvals, and project administration in our ERP system. /li liConduct site visits and inspections during project execution. /li liComplete project close‑out activities, including financial reviews, lessons learned, and handover to Customer Success. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the Project Delivery organization. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 pWe’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering successful projects in collaboration with customers and colleagues. /p h3You Bring /h3 ul li7+ years of experience managing complex customer projects, preferably within technical, industrial, automation, or engineering environments. /li liA proven track record of delivering large‑scale, high‑value projects with multiple stakeholders. /li liExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior customer stakeholders. /li liA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. /li liStrong commercial and financial understanding, including budget responsibility and contract management. /li liExcellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3It would be an advantage if you also have experience with: /h3 ul liWarehouse automation, intralogistics, conveyor systems, robotics, or material handling equipment. /li liIT, software implementation, or systems integration projects. /li liLEAN, PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or other project management methodologies. /li liMicrosoft Dynamics 365. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pYou are a confident and experienced project leader who thrives on taking ownership of large, complex projects.
