You will contribute to QA activities throughout the software lifecycle, combining functional testing, automation, and collaboration with developers and product teams to deliver reliable software. /p practices, including automation and AI‑assisted testing approaches. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liExecute QA activities across healthcare software products, ensuring new features and implementations meet quality standards. /li liUnderstand product requirements and workflows to translate them into effective test scenarios. /li libDesign, maintain, and execute test plans covering functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, integration testing, and end‑to‑end workflows. /b /li liPerform backend and bAPI testing using tools such as Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger, or similar technologies. /b /li liValidate REST APIs, integrations, data flows, error handling, and expected system behaviour. /li liContribute to test automation initiatives by creating, maintaining, and improving automated test cases. /li liCollaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, QA engineers, and technical stakeholders to identify risks and improve product quality. /li liAnalyse defects, define clear reproduction steps, and support teams in understanding the impact and priority of issues. /li liSupport release validation activities, ensuring critical workflows are properly tested before delivery. /li libUse AI‑assisted tools to improve testing activities, including test design, automation, debugging, documentation, and productivity. /b /li libContribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices, automation coverage, and testing processes within the team. /b /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul libProven experience as a Software QA Engineer working on software products /b, ideally in complex or integration‑heavy environments. /li liStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, regression testing, exploratory testing, integration testing, and defect management. /li liExperience testing backend services and bREST APIs /b. /li liExperience using API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar. /li liPrevious exposure to test automation, with experience creating, maintaining, or improving automated test cases. /li libPractical experience or strong interest in automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar technologies. /b /li liAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful testing scenarios. /li liExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and Product Owners. /li liKnowledge of cloud environments, ideally AWS, with a practical understanding of services such as DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and Secrets Manager. /li liExperience working with GitHub and CI/CD workflows, ideally GitHub Actions. /li libAI literacy, including familiarity with AI‑assisted tools, AI agents, or practical use of AI to improve QA activities, test design, automation, debugging, or documentation. /b /li liAbility to communicate clearly in technical discussions and collaborate effectively with different
