As a Consultant, you will take on a more strategic role, leading key workstreams, driving client engagement, and ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives. /p pAs a Consultant, you will be expected to take ownership of critical workstreams, providing strategic guidance, shaping project direction, and influencing key stakeholders. A typical project might include the following activities: /p ul liSupporting people and organizations in adopting new technologies, processes, or ways of working by fully understanding both the transformation program and its impact on the organization. /li liContributing to transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people-focused strategies. /li liDesigning and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and tools to ensure lasting change. /li liConducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to tailor solutions that drive engagement and adoption. /li liDeveloping transformation plans, including next-generation communication strategies and tailor‑made training programs to meet diverse audience needs. /li liMeasuring the effectiveness of interventions using data‑driven approaches and storytelling methods to assess business readiness. /li /ul h3Here’s What You Need: /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large‑scale environments. /li liMinimum bachelor’s degree. /li liExcellent English communication skills (written spoken) are essential. /li liProficiency in at least one other language. /li liFor positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required. /li liStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). /li liCultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments. /li liExperience with analytics is an asset. /li liAdvanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued. /li liExperience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued. /li liProfessional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus. /li /ul h3Your Winning Qualities: /h3 ul liExperience in transformation programs that span strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training. /li liStrong project management skills, including the establishment of tracking and monitoring mechanisms, ideally with Agile methodologies. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish relationships and influence stakeholders effectively. /li liTeam player who thrives in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment. /li liCreative problem solver with a structured and analytical approach. /li /ul h3What’s in It for You: /h3 pJoin our bTalent Organization /b practice for a dynamic and rewarding career where diverse opportunities allow you to grow professionally every day.
