You are responsible for understanding the customer’s technology landscape and aligning Field Service capabilities to achieve their business outcomes. You own the technical vision—translating complex business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps that best leverage resource and asset management, scheduling, and mobile technologies. This role requires both technical leadership and strategic domain expertise in Field Service. You will provide deep expertise dedicated to Field Service, communicating its value, product differentiation and demonstrating how it helps the customer meet their objectives. From performing targeted demos on specific use cases to architecting the final solution, you lead the end-to-end process of proving how our Field Service Operations solutions deliver transformative business value. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDemonstrates deep familiarity with scheduling in mobile, asset management, and integration technologies. /li liUnderstands market landscape, competition, and technical architecture to establish Salesforce’s Field Service solution as the best choice to meet customer needs. /li liProvides actionable technical recommendations and insights to clients that focus on driving usage at scale in production. /li liLeads technical design sessions, designing and documenting domain-specific workflows and architectures that are aligned with the client’s business objectives. /li liFosters and develops customer champions while establishing technical credibility with clients and account partners through discovery calls. /li liPresents Executive level product demonstrations to key stakeholders and answers questions to highlight the value of Field Service solutions. /li liTranslates business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps that best leverage Field Service, assets, and mobile capabilities. /li liHandles customer technical due diligence and risk management processes to ensure complex mobile and scheduling deployments align with enterprise requirements. /li /ul h3Job Qualifications /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture, with a focus on field service, asset management, or mobile workforce solutions /li liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience /li liDeep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including scheduling optimization, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration /li liProven ability to architect and present end-to-end solution designs for complex, enterprise-scale deployments /li liExperience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps /li liStrong executive presence — comfortable delivering product demonstrations and presenting technical recommendations to C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders /li liDemonstrated ability to manage technical due diligence and risk assessment processes in complex deal cycles /li liFamiliarity with integration technologies and patterns relevant to field service environments (APIs, middleware, IoT) /li liExperience in competitive positioning and understanding of the field service technology landscape /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect) /li liBackground in industries with heavy field service operations (utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, or similar) /li liExperience working in or alongside a customer success, professional services, or consulting capacity /li liFamiliarity with Agentforce, AI-driven scheduling, or agentic workflow automation /li liTrack record of developing customer champions and technical trust-based relationships in enterprise accounts /li /ul pWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
