Para reforzar dicho departamento, la compañía precisa incorporar la figura de un/a: Reportando a la People & Culture Manager, la persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de actuar como referente en materia de nómina y gestión de datos de RRHH para Iberia, colaborando estrechamente con los distintos People & Culture Leads, proveedores externos y equipos corporativos europeos. Responsabilidades Coordinar y supervisar el proceso de nómina para las diferentes entidades de Iberia, asegurando la correcta gestión junto con el proveedor externo. Revisar y validar la información necesaria para el procesamiento mensual de nómina, garantizando la calidad y fiabilidad de los datos. Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos relacionados con payroll, contribuyendo a incrementar la eficiencia y minimizar incidencias. Gestionar y mantener actualizada la información de empleados en los diferentes sistemas de RRHH, asegurando la integridad y consistencia del dato. Participar en proyectos corporativos vinculados a HR Data, digitalización y mejora de herramientas, actuando como interlocutor con los equipos internacionales. Dar soporte a empleados y managers en consultas relacionadas con nómina, administración de personal y aspectos laborales. Gestionar procesos administrativos asociados al ciclo de vida del empleado, incluyendo altas, bajas, contratos, onboarding y offboarding. Colaborar en la elaboración de KPI’s, informes y dashboards de People & Culture, facilitando información fiable para la toma de decisiones. Participar en la implantación y evolución de nuevas herramientas y procesos de gestión de personas dentro de la organización. Cualificaciones Buscamos a un/a profesional con formación superior y experiencia consolidada en administración de personal, nómina y gestión laboral, preferiblemente adquirida en asesoría o consultoría especializada. Asimismo, se requiere un nivel de inglés alto que permita interactuar con fluidez en entornos internacionales. Se valorará especialmente experiencia en entornos internacionales, contacto habitual con cliente interno, participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos y familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de RRHH y herramientas de análisis de datos.
