Funciones de la posición Atender las peticiones de viaje de manera presencial, telefónica o por videollamada, resolviendo a los clientes todas sus dudas y recomendándoles el producto que mejor se adapta a sus necesidades. Ofrecer a nuestros clientes la mejor de las experiencias posibles antes, durante y después del viaje. Demostrar un profundo conocimiento de los destinos y de nuestro producto. Gestionar la reserva a través de nuestros sistemas y en coordinación con el departamento de Booking, con máxima orientación a la calidad y resultados durante todo el proceso, desde la solicitud hasta la post-venta. Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales. Requisitos mínimos y competencias necesarias: Experiencia mínima como asesor/a de viajes de 3 años. Amplio conocimiento de destinos y países. Persona creativa, con grandes habilidades comunicativas y comerciales. Orientación al cliente y a la calidad en su servicio. Capacidad de planificación y organización, con experiencia gestionando volúmenes altos de peticiones de viajes. Nivel medio-alto de competencia en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas. Altamente valorable experiencia con CMS y Sistemas de Reservas específicos del sector de viajes y turismo. Y, por último, ¡pero no menos importante!... ¿Qué ofrecemos?
