This is an opportunity to use your unique technical skills to deliver exceptional service and create meaningful impact. /p pIf you like solving mechanical problems, having immediate impact on objectives and are motivated to be part of a mission-driven team, we invite you to bring your expertise to our organization. /p h3WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? /h3 pReporting directly to the local leader, your primary responsibility will be executing all processes and procedures related to that objective, namely: /p ul liConduct systematic inspection of vehicles and diagnose problems on vehicles’ mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems. /li liPerform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: ul liPreventive and corrective maintenance; /li liLight bodywork repairs that involve spare parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors); /li liCampervan spare parts substitution and repairs; /li liCampervan appliances troubleshooting and repairs; /li liMaintain and develop relationships with external partners; /li liCoordinating the execution of vehicles’ interventions with external suppliers and regional teams; /li liMaintain all vehicle information systems updated according to established procedures; /li liMove campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities or other depots; /li liMaintain depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean; /li liMaintain spare parts inventory systems updated at all times. /li /ul /li liAs part of the local team, you will also be part of the daily operations of the depot and will execute tasks related to that effect, namely: ul liPreparation of vehicles and equipment for customers; /li liAssist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check‑ins and check‑outs; /li liReceive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in storage area, register item consumption and new orders; /li liMaintain depot equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot. /li /ul /li /ul h3WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? /h3 ul liCandidates with certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar program in the automotive industry; /li liCandidates with at least 5 years of proven experience with hands‑on mechanical and electrical repairs – experience in campervans is a plus; /li liYou must have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred); /li liYou’re fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory); /li liYou’re eligible to work in Spain, have a valid driver’s licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory); /li liYou’re available to work on weekends and public holidays. /li /ul h3THE INDIE COMMITMENT! /h3 ul liBeing part of a young, fast-growing and innovative company where you make a difference; /li liCareer development opportunities in Field Operations and transition opportunities to our Offices in Lisbon, Mexico City or Manila; /li liContinuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to you; /li liCompensation package that includes Performance and Referral Bonuses; /li liFree Road Trips, so you can experience Indie firsthand trips around Europe, North America and Oceania. /li /ul pbAre you ready to Go Indie? /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
