ph3Artificial Intelligence - STAFF Auditor - Technology Risk – EY GDS Spain - Hybrid /h3 /brpAs a member of the Technology Risk IT Audit team, you will participate in strategic projects involving the review and audit of AI governance models, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. You will also contribute to defining improvement actions and providing ongoing advisory support to major clients, helping them deploy Responsible AI. You will work closely with Technology Directors, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, Innovation Leaders, Business Leaders, and others, ensuring the effective management of risks associated with the use of AI. As a member of our team in bEY GDS Spain office in Malaga /b, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation. /p /brh3Your key responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead the definition, establishment, and review of AI governance models to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and business objectives. /li /brliDevelop and oversee organizational and operational models for the AI function, ensuring their effective integration into the business structure and alignment with industry best practices. /li /brliValidate existing AI‑related controls, assessing the design, implementation, and effectiveness of the established controls. /li /brliPerform algorithm audits, reviewing key KPIs such as robustness, security, bias, interpretability, etc. /li /brliExecute automated tests using computer‑assisted audit techniques (CAAT) and tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, among others, to verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of AI‑related business processes. /li /brliProvide improvement recommendations based on the results obtained, advising clients on how to address weaknesses and enhance the controls within their technology and AI platforms. /li /brliEnsure regulatory compliance with the European AI Act and other applicable regulations, acting as a point of contact for regulatory matters related to AI. /li /brliReview AI analytical models using both traditional and generative techniques to drive innovation within the organization. /li /brliAdvise on international standards such as ISO 42001, NIST RMF, and other relevant frameworks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI management. /li /br /ul /brh3Skills and attributes for success /h3 /brul /brliA degree in fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines. /li /brliAt least 1-3 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management, or AI model auditing. /li /brliCompetency profile: a team‑oriented, outgoing individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, initiative, critical thinking, willingness to learn, customer orientation, and the ability to manage complex projects. /li /br /ul /brh3Ideally, you’ll also have /h3 /brul /brliExperience in defining AI governance policies and models. /li /brliHigh level of English (minimum B1). /li /brliAdvanced knowledge of traditional and generative AI. /li /brliExperience in regulatory compliance and AI‑related regulations. /li /brliKnowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO 42001, NIST RMF, and similar international references. /li /br /ul /brh3What We Look For /h3 /brpWe are interested in hiring a proactive professional who will work effectively as an international team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress and relevant matters.
