This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with infrastructure project delivery, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure IT environments that support business operations. /p pThe successful candidate will provide Level 2 support across network and server domains, lead infrastructure implementations, maintain operational excellence, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and operations teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Infrastructure Project Delivery Management /h3 ul liSupport the end‑to‑end delivery of data center and IT infrastructure projects, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and transition to operations. /li liDevelop and maintain project scope, work breakdown structures (WBS), project schedules, RACI matrices, and risk registers. /li liEnsure projects are delivered in alignment with business objectives, technical standards, budget, and timelines. /li liCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful infrastructure deployments and operational readiness. /li liTrack project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while driving timely issue resolution. /li liStakeholder communication governance: provide clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle and prepare project status reports, executive summaries, implementation updates, and post‑project documentation. /li liPromote best practices in project governance, documentation, and change management. /li /ul h3Network Infrastructure Support (Level 2) /h3 ul liProvide Level 2 operational support for enterprise, workplace, and data center networks. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents involving routing, switching, connectivity, and network performance. /li liParticipate in network design, capacity planning, scalability assessments, and infrastructure expansion initiatives. /li liCreate and maintain standardized device configuration templates, deployment scripts, and implementation procedures. /li liCollaborate with Network Operations teams to improve operational processes, service quality, and delivery efficiency. /li liDevelop and maintain network operational standards, runbooks, and technical documentation. /li liSupport infrastructure lifecycle activities including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning. /li liContribute to network monitoring, automation, reporting, and operational tooling initiatives. /li /ul h3Systems Infrastructure Support (Level 2) /h3 ul liProvide Level 2 support for server, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure platforms. /li liPerform day‑to‑day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of enterprise systems. /li liMonitor infrastructure health, identify system bottlenecks, and implement improvements to maintain service availability and performance. /li liManage capacity planning for critical business systems, applications, and services. /li liExecute backup operations and support disaster recovery testing and business continuity initiatives. /li liAdminister and support virtualization technologies including VMware vCenter, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper‑V, and KVM/AHV environments. /li liManage and support server hardware platforms including Dell and HPE infrastructure and associated storage solutions. /li liIdentify, remediate, and patch infrastructure vulnerabilities across Windows Server and Linux environments. /li liSupport Microsoft collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related services. /li liParticipate in infrastructure standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Data Center Infrastructure Operations /h3 ul liSupport the deployment, expansion, and operational management of data center, enterprise network, and workplace infrastructure environments. /li liEnsure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and compliance with operational standards. /li liMaintain accurate infrastructure inventories, diagrams, asset records, and operational documentation. /li liParticipate in incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis activities. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and infrastructure resilience. /li /ul h3Required /h3 h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience managing and supporting medium‑to‑large enterprise network and server environments in rapidly scaling international environments. /li liStrong hands‑on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, and network troubleshooting. /li liExperience administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems. /li liHands‑on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vCenter/ESXi, Hyper‑V, and KVM/AHV. /li liExperience supporting enterprise server and storage infrastructure. /li liStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liFluent in English and Spanish. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liITIL Foundation Certification and/or Agile Project Management experience. /li liMicrosoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent). /li liCisco CCNP, Huawei HCIP, or equivalent networking certifications. /li liKnowledge of infrastructure monitoring, automation, scripting, and operational tooling. /li liExperience participating in infrastructure migration, expansion, or transformation projects. /li /ul
