Job Description Join Pride Health as a Logistics - Shipping & Receiving Clerk at Linden, NJ! This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Role: Logistics - Shipping & Receiving Clerk Location: Linden, NJ 07036 Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $17-17.50/hour (Based on years of experience & education) Key Responsibilities: • Unload incoming delivery trucks safely and efficiently., • Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming shipments., • Enter receipt information into the Materials Management System., • Report shipment discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor., • Prepare outbound shipments and complete required shipping documentation., • Process returned goods according to company SOPs., • Deliver inventory to designated staging and storage areas., • Stock warehouse inventory and rotate products based on receipt and expiration dates (FIFO)., • Identify and report short-dated inventory (less than 30 days of shelf life)., • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities., • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately., • Build boxes, pre-package products, and prepare materials for shipment., • Label shipments and affix shipping documentation., • Load trucks and prepare pallets for outbound transportation., • Perform material transfers and order fulfillment., • Assist with record storage and retrieval when required., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment., • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or distribution experience preferred. Equipment Experience: Candidates should be comfortable operating: • Computer systems, • Hand carts, • Pallet jacks, • Flatbeds, • Packing tape guns, • Electric walkie stackers (preferred), • Forklifts (preferred), • Material handling equipment Forklift and electric pallet jack certification is a plus but not required.
