Job DescriptionJob Title: Construction Project Administrator Location: Bakersfield Area, California Pay Range: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour DOE Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility Full-Time, Onsite Temporary with Possible Temp-to-HireWe are actively seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join a rapidly expanding underground utility and civil construction operation. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction administrator who enjoys being the organizational backbone of active job sites and project teams. You will play a critical role in supporting field operations, managing project documentation, processing payroll-related records, and ensuring important project information remains accurate, organized, and accessible. Reasons to Join This Team • Contribute to high-impact utility and infrastructure projects throughout California's Central Valley., • Work closely with a supportive leadership team that values initiative and accountability., • Gain exposure to large-scale civil construction operations and project management processes., • Enjoy a collaborative environment where your organization and attention to detail make a measurable difference., • Join a growing operation with exciting project activity and future opportunities for professional development.What You'll Be Responsible For, • Review, process, and track employee time records with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines., • Maintain critical project documentation, logs, reports, and construction records., • Support project leadership with administrative coordination and day-to-day operational needs., • Manage project information within ProContractor and comparable construction management systems., • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, and project documents using Microsoft Office applications., • Coordinate communication between field personnel, office teams, subcontractors, and vendors., • Assist with purchase orders, delivery documentation, compliance records, and project tracking activities., • Monitor administrative processes and proactively resolve documentation discrepancies., • Help ensure project information remains current, organized, and readily available.To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring, • 3+ years of construction administration or project support experience., • Hands-on experience with ProContractor, Sage, Viewpoint, Procore, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, or similar software., • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word., • Experience processing timecards, payroll support documentation, or workforce tracking records., • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced project team., • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.Bring Your Construction Administration Expertise to a Growing TeamStart by applying, then call Sophia at 888-303-5627 or email sophia@go2dynamic.com with any questions to learn more!
