Job Description IT & Business Systems Analyst Re-Bath of New England | Greenville, RI (field travel across RI, MA, CT) This is a 100% on-site position based in Greenville, RI, with regular in-person travel to our locations across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. This role cannot be performed remotely. You must be able to reliably commute to Johnston daily and travel throughout southern New England. If you build automations for fun, run your whole life through AI, and get a little thrill from watching a manual process disappear, keep reading. This one’s for you. About Re-Bath of New England Re-Bath of New England is one of the largest bathroom remodeling companies in New England, transforming homes across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. We run lean and we run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), which means real accountability, real metrics, and zero patience for busywork. We believe great design and real craftsmanship can change more than a bathroom. It can change lives, and that belief runs through everything we build, including how we run the company behind the scenes. We are one of the most AI-forward remodeling companies in the country. Automation, AI workflows, and clean data are not side projects here. They are how we operate. This seat sits at the center of that. About the Role This seat is deliberately two jobs in one. On the IT side, you are the person everyone comes to when a laptop dies, the WiFi drops, or a new hire needs to be set up. On the systems side, you are the person who looks at a clunky handoff between Sales, Production, and Office and thinks, this should be automated, then goes and builds it. As our IT & Business Systems Analyst, you own how work flows through our technology, data, and AI systems: the automations and integrations that make the whole company faster, the clean self-serve dashboards our department leaders rely on, and every device, account, and connection across our three-state footprint. One hour you are designing an automation that eliminates a full afternoon of manual data entry. The next you are building a Salesforce report a director actually wants, or configuring a new hire’s MacBook. If you love both sides of that, hands deep in the systems and hands on the hardware, this is your seat. You will report directly to ownership at the start and work side by side with our Owner to learn the systems we have built, then grow into full ownership of the role. What You’ll Do • Design and build automations that eliminate manual work across Sales, Production, and Office, using tools like Zapier, Power Automate, and native API integrations., • Build, maintain, and expand our AI workflows and tooling, including Claude-based automations, prompt and skill libraries, agent integrations, and meeting-processing pipelines, and help every department get more out of AI., • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Looker Studio, and other systems so department leaders can see their numbers without waiting on anyone., • Serve as internal administrator for our core cloud applications, including Salesforce, RingCentral, Microsoft 365/Teams, and Google Workspace: user provisioning, permissions, and configuration., • Own the full employee tech lifecycle: get every new hire fully set up across systems, devices, and accounts on day one, and shut down all access the same day someone leaves., • Keep our systems and data clean, connected, and accurate, so the numbers leadership relies on can actually be trusted., • Be the single point of contact for every hardware and software issue in the company, owning first- and second-line support for every Mac, iPad, and iPhone, and administering the fleet through Jamf., • Diagnose and resolve network and WiFi issues across all locations, working with ISPs and vendors as needed., • Document processes, integrations, and recurring fixes so system knowledge lives in the business and problems get solved faster the next time. What We’re Looking For Required • Genuine AI fluency. You use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT hands-on every day to build real workflows, write effective prompts, and automate work. This is not casual use. You should be able to show us something you actually built., • 3+ years in a business systems, process, or IT analyst role, ideally in a multi-location small business., • Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across business apps (Zapier, Power Automate, native APIs, or similar)., • Experience administering and reporting inside a CRM or business system, Salesforce strongly preferred, including building dashboards leaders actually use., • Comfortable troubleshooting macOS and iOS/iPadOS in a business environment and administering an MDM platform, Jamf preferred., • Strong data instincts: pulling, cleaning, and organizing data to answer specific business questions., • The patience to support non-technical teammates without ever making them feel small. Nice to Have • Experience wiring AI into business systems: MCP integrations, API-based agents, or AI-driven document and meeting processing., • Experience with Improveit 360 or a home-services / construction CRM., • Looker Studio, Power BI, or comparable BI and dashboard experience., • Jamf certification (100, 200, or 300 level)., • Familiarity with sales-enablement tools such as Leap SalesPro, One Click Contractor, or Ingage.Compensation $60,000 to $75,000 base salary, based on experience. This is a single-contributor seat with real ownership, real autonomy, and a direct line to leadership. No red tape, no ticket-queue purgatory. Just you, building systems that make a whole company run better. How to Apply Think you’re the one? In your resume, confirm your current town and state and that you can reliably commute to Greenville, RI and travel across RI, MA, and CT in person. Bonus points if you tell us about something you have automated or built with AI. We’re moving fast on this one.
