Job Description The Product Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and organization of product descriptions, assets, and assortments across the company and retail partners. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product information, coordinating retailer submissions, managing photography asset catalog, creating product descriptions and specifications, and ensuring key marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. The Product Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing, Photography, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to keep product launches, retailer requirements, and seasonal initiatives organized and moving forward. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities • Write accurate, brand-aligned product descriptions, feature and benefit copy, and detailed specifications for handbags, accessories, jewelry, and other products., • Plan and complete product descriptions and specifications by quarter to support product launches and monthly deadlines., • Prepare and submit website and retailer product copy, specifications, attributes, and other required product information by established due dates., • Create and maintain Ecommerce quarterly line sheets, ensuring product information, pricing, imagery, and required details are complete and accurate., • Organize and upload product photography and digital assets for retail partners, following retailer-specific image specifications, naming conventions, formats, and submission requirements., • Coordinate with the Photography team to track product photography, asset availability, and outstanding deliverables., • Maintain organized product photography and marketing asset libraries to ensure files are easily accessible for internal teams and retail partners., • Use Airtable to maintain product information, track deliverables, and support automated product and retailer workflows., • Work within Product Information Management (PIM) systems to enter, review, update, and maintain product information and specifications., • Create, organize, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for retailer submissions, product data, EOM line sheets, and quarterly planning., • Prepare retailer-specific product submission templates and ensure all required fields, specifications, and assets are complete prior to submission., • Follow retailer requirements, templates, deadlines, photography standards, and product submission guidelines., • Track retailer submission deadlines and proactively follow up on missing product information, photography, or other required assets., • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure product information and assets are available for seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives., • Assist with the coordination and organization of marketing projects, calendars, product launches, and departmental deliverables as needed., • Proofread and quality-check product descriptions, specifications, retailer submissions, line sheets, and product information for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and formatting., • Maintain organized records and documentation related to product launches, retailer submissions, photography, and marketing projects., • Support additional administrative, product data, retailer, and marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred., • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing administration, e-commerce, retail, merchandising, product data, content coordination, or a related role., • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously., • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy., • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, particularly for product-focused content., • Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas., • Proficiency in Airtable, including an understanding of automated product workflows., • Working knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems and product data processes., • Comfortable organizing, managing, and uploading digital photography assets across retailer platforms and portals., • Ability to understand and follow retailer-specific requirements, templates, asset specifications, and submission guidelines., • Experience working with line sheets, retailer portals, product databases, or wholesale accounts is preferred., • Experience in fashion, handbags, accessories, retail, wholesale, or e-commerce is preferred.
