Job Description RN Supervisor Salaried: $93,600- $104,000 (depending on experience) Equivalent Hourly: $45- $50 Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000!!! Shift: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends! Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Ulster is looking to add an RN Supervisor to its nursing leadership team. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervise nursing staff, including team leaders, nursing assistants, and trainees during assigned shifts, • Ensure resident care plans are implemented, updated, and followed appropriately, • Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with providers and families, • Oversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and nursing services, • Address resident, family, visitor, and staff concerns while promoting a positive care experience, • Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling adjustments, and overtime authorization as needed, • Support staff education, orientation, coaching, and performance management activities, • Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, resident rights, and regulatory requirements, • Respond to emergencies, safety concerns, incidents, and facility operational issues, • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, • Perform additional duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, • Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License required, • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a geriatric or rehabilitation setting; 3+ years preferred, • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities, • Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control practices, and resident rights, • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment BENEFITS: • Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-Time, • Weekly or Same-Day Pay Options, • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Life Insurance, • Employee Referral Bonus Program, • Retirement Saving Options
