This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, anticipating needs, and helping keep both business and personal responsibilities running smoothly. Responsibilities • Manage daily calendar and scheduling, • Coordinate business meetings, appointments, and calls, • Schedule travel arrangements when needed, • Respond to emails and communicate professionally on behalf of the principal, • Organize reminders, deadlines, and follow-ups, • Manage business appointments and client scheduling, • Run personal and business-related errands, • Research vendors, services, and business opportunities, • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and vendors, • Assist with administrative tasks that can be completed remotely via phone or computer, • Keep records, notes, and important documents organized, • Help prioritize daily tasks and ensure deadlines are met, • Handle confidential information with discretion, • Be available for occasional last-minute tasks or urgent requests Qualifications • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Professional, trustworthy, and dependable, • Proficient with smartphones, email, calendars, and productivity apps, • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software, • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant is preferred but not required.
