Ensure that the field staff is providing accurate 3-week look ahead schedules. ● Prepare start-up packages for the field superintendent. ● Assembling start-up packages for the site superintendent 1. Review drawings, prepare take-offs and coordinate and schedule materials to the site ● Follow up with subcontractors to ensure their insurance forms have been provided prior to the start of their scope. ● Tracking and coordinating of project materials for example, restroom accessories, tile/Schluter, wallpaper, furniture, lighting package, specialty items…etc. ● Issue bid award emails to subs as provided by the PM. ● Collect all submittals and provide them to the client, track accordingly. ● Review all subcontractors provided change orders and submit to the client, review with the PM. ● Release approved change orders and track in the job folder and budget. ● Daily check-in with the site supervisor to ensure the project is running per schedule, and address any issues, accordingly, looping in the PM as needed. ● Coordinate and facilitate weekly calls with the client, AOR, EOR, and super. ● Assemble the documents to provide to the client weekly; weekly report, 3 week lookahead, RFI, submittal logs, site photos and project schedules. ● Ensure all third-party software tools are updated accordingly (Raken, PlanGrid, Timberline) ● Follow up on open change orders. ● Closeout documentation to be requested and collected, initial requests to subs needs to be coordinated per the project schedule. ● Ensure as-builts are being developed by the site superintendent.
