    Head Burger Chef / Kitchen Manager – Opening Team Location: Queens, New York Company: Just Burgers About Us Just Burgers is an exciting fast-casual burger concept focused on premium smash burgers, crispy fried chicken burgers, fresh ingredients, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Burger Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our opening team and help build a strong kitchen culture from day one. Responsibilities • Lead all kitchen operations and daily food production., • Prepare and execute smash burgers, fried chicken burgers, sides, and sauces to company standards., • Train and supervise kitchen staff., • Develop prep systems, recipe consistency, and quality control procedures., • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control., • Maintain NYC health and food safety standards., • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the kitchen., • Assist ownership in menu development and operational improvements. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in burger, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant kitchens., • Strong knowledge of smash burgers, fried chicken preparation, and kitchen operations., • Experience managing kitchen staff and scheduling., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment., • Strong leadership and communication skills., • NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred.
