Job DescriptionJob Title: WelderJob Description We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team, focusing on welding steel components and rebar assemblies used in precast concrete form construction. This role involves fabricating, repairing, and modifying steel forms according to blueprint specifications, ensuring high-quality and structurally sound welds. Responsibilities • Weld steel components and rebar assemblies for precast concrete form construction., • Fabricate, repair, and modify steel forms based on blueprint or schematic specifications., • Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding., • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and facility safety standards., • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural soundness., • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of form sets for daily pours., • Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and basic fabrication equipment as needed.Essential Skills, • 1+ years of welding experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing., • Proficiency in MIG welding, with stick welding experience as a plus., • Ability to read tape measures, drawings, and fabrication instructions., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting., • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor/warehouse conditions.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience welding rebar cages or form steel in a precast or concrete environment., • Ability to tack, fit, and fabricate independently., • Knowledge of form building terminology and techniques., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
