Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Cryostorage Coordinator to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Austin, Texas. • Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1 to 2 weekends per month and 2 to 3 holidays per year This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Cryostorage Coordinator will: • Assist the Cryo-Inventory and Safety Manager with daily operations duties, • Maintain all cryo-storage inventory efforts for the Ovation-Austin Laboratory, • Assist the Austin embryology and admin teams in maintaining their current billing, inventory and operations, • Assist in all aspects of shipping and receiving cryostorage specimens, including courier scheduling, shipment handling, inventory maintenance and specimen transfers, • Coordinate logistics between customers and couriers, • Maintain patient records (paper and electronic), • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, cleaning, scanning, organizing, and answering the phone, • Respond to patient inquiries by phone or email, • Answer all patient and employee questions regarding cryo storage, • Assist with print needs and maintain documents with the Ovation Print Center, • Prepare, review and electronically submit, when appropriate, all required documents, • Perform all other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include: • High School diploma required, • 2+ years of medical office experience required, • Experience with medical services operations, development and marketing preferred, • Knowledge of Salesforce and IT networking preferred, • Specimen handling in a laboratory setting preferred, • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of organization, • Demonstrated ability exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information, • Excellent organizational skills, • Ability to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work as part of a team, • Good research skills, • Tech savvy, • Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times More important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
