Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a passion for client advocacy, particularly in probate and trust disputes. You will work closely with our senior attorneys to manage cases from intake through resolution, including motion practice, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Responsibilities • Represent clients in probate, trust, and estate litigation matters, • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda, • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials as needed, • Advise clients on legal rights and strategies while maintaining strong client relationships, • Manage case files and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency, • Work collaboratively with paralegals, support staff, and fellow attorneys to ensure client needs are met, • Manage the quality and output of paralegals assigned to your team, • Participate in firm-building initiatives, trainings, and team meetingsQualifications, • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing, • 1-3 years of litigation experience required, • Probate/Estate experience preferred but not required, • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service, • Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the teamBenefits, • 401(k) with Matching Contribution, • Short Term Disability (company provided), • Life & AD&D Insurance (company provided), • TeleDoc (company provided), • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Premium Stipend, • EAPEqual Opportunity Statement Zoecklein Law, P.A. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
