Business Operations Coordinator | RGV, TX \n \n About the Role: \n \n Landhawk Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Business Operations Coordinator to support internal company operations throughout the Rio Grande Valley. This position is intended to strengthen Landhawk’s internal structure by helping develop operational systems, improve business workflows, support personnel communication, and assist leadership with administrative, financial, and organizational needs. \n \n The Business Operations Coordinator will work closely with company leadership, project management staff, office personnel, and field employees to help ensure the business operates efficiently, consistently, and with clear internal communication. This role is not limited to one project or department. Instead, it supports the broader operational flow of the company by helping identify business needs, improve internal processes, and maintain organized systems that support continued growth. \n \n This position is well suited for an entry-level candidate with a background or interest in business administration, management, finance, organizational leadership, operations, human resources, or related fields. \n \n Location: \n \n Pharr, Texas \n \n Preference will be given to candidates residing within or willing to relocate to the Rio Grande Valley. \n \n Schedule: \n \n This position generally follows a Monday through Friday office schedule; however, flexibility may be required to support active business needs outside of standard office hours. \n \n Employment Type: \n \n Full Time \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n Business Operations & Organizational Support \n \n • Assist with developing and maintaining internal business systems that improve company efficiency. \n • Support the organization of company workflows, procedures, checklists, and internal operating standards. \n • Help identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and areas where improved structure is needed. \n • Assist leadership with implementing new systems that improve communication, accountability, and workflow. \n • Maintain organized business records, internal tracking documents, and operational resources. \n • Support the continued development of scalable systems as Landhawk grows. \n \n Personnel Outreach & Internal Communication \n \n • Conduct routine personnel check-ins to support communication between leadership, office staff, and field personnel. \n • Assist with gathering employee feedback related to operations, scheduling, communication, and company systems. \n • Help communicate internal updates, reminders, and company procedures to staff. \n • Support onboarding efforts for new employees by helping introduce company expectations, systems, and internal resources. \n • Assist with maintaining employee rosters, contact lists, organizational charts, and personnel tracking tools. \n • Promote consistent, professional, and supportive communication throughout the organization. \n \n Marketing & Business Development Support \n \n • Assist with maintaining Landhawk Consulting's professional brand across marketing platforms and public-facing materials. \n • Coordinate updates to the company website, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels. \n • Assist with creating and organizing company announcements, project highlights, employee spotlights, and recruiting materials. \n • Help develop brochures, promotional materials, presentations, and other business development resources. \n • Support proposal preparation by maintaining employee resumes, qualifications packages, project experience summaries, and company templates. \n • Coordinate job postings, recruitment advertisements, and outreach efforts across various employment platforms. \n • Assist with planning company events, career fairs, conferences, and networking opportunities. \n • Help maintain a consistent company image, branding, and professional messaging across all internal and external communications. \n • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing opportunities that may support continued business growth. \n • Support leadership in identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships, expand business visibility, and promote Landhawk's environmental consulting services. \n \n Administrative & Executive Coordination \n \n • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to company leadership. \n • Assist with scheduling internal meetings, preparing meeting materials, and tracking follow-up items. \n • Help monitor company priorities, pending action items, and internal deadlines. \n • Organize company documents, internal records, forms, and administrative materials. \n • Assist with special projects, internal initiatives, and company improvement efforts as assigned. \n • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company, personnel, or financial information. \n \n Financial & Business Administration Support \n \n • Assist with organizing expense records, purchase documentation, receipts, and administrative financial materials. \n • Support tracking of company purchases, operational expenditures, and vendor-related documentation. \n • Assist with invoice organization, billing support, and financial record coordination. \n • Help monitor basic budgetary and operational cost information as directed by leadership. \n • Maintain accurate records related to business expenses, office needs, and company resources. \n • Exercise professionalism, accountability, and financial integrity when assisting with company assets or financial information. \n \n Operational Planning & Process Improvement \n \n • Assist leadership with evaluating current business workflows and recommending practical improvements. \n • Help develop templates, forms, guides, and standardized documentation for internal use. \n • Support implementation of new software, tracking systems, or administrative tools. \n • Identify ways to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency, and strengthen internal organization. \n • Assist with improving communication flow between project management, administrative staff, and field teams. \n \n Office Operations Support \n \n • Support day-to-day office organization and administrative readiness. \n • Assist with coordinating office supplies, equipment needs, company resources, and general office functions. \n • Help maintain a professional, organized, and functional office environment. \n • Assist with coordinating visitors, employee meetings, internal trainings, and office-based activities. \n • Support communication between the RGV office and other active operational regions. \n \n Business Development & Company Growth Support \n \n • Assist with organizing employee resumes, project experience summaries, qualifications packages, and proposal materials. \n • Support proposal preparation, recruiting coordination, and internal documentation as requested. \n • Help maintain company materials used for business development and internal planning. \n • Assist with tracking company growth needs, staffing needs, and future operational priorities. \n \n Minimum Qualifications: \n \n • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred. \n • 0-5 years of experience in business administration, office coordination, operations support, personnel coordination, finance support, or a related field. \n • Strong organizational and time management skills. \n • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. \n • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. \n • Basic financial literacy and comfort working with expense records, spreadsheets, and administrative financial documents. \n • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. \n • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and staff. \n • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred. \n \n Work Environment: \n The Business Operations Coordinator will work in a professional office environment while supporting internal operations, personnel coordination, administrative systems, and company-wide organizational
