Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Service Associate Job Description The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level position responsible for providing administrative and customer support to internal teams and external customers. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and assists with order processing, account support, database maintenance, and general operational functions. The Customer Service Associate works closely with sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient workflow. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding order status, product information, account questions, and service requests., • Provide timely and professional customer support, escalating issues when appropriate., • Process and manage return requests, warranty claims, and related documentation., • Prepare and distribute order confirmations, acknowledgements, shipping notifications, and tracking information., • Support order entry and data management activities within company ERP, CRM, or related business systems., • Assist sales and customer support teams with administrative and operational tasks., • Coordinate and track expedited orders and special customer requests., • Process product samples, promotional items, or demonstration requests as needed., • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information is updated within company databases., • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development activities., • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely order fulfillment., • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance customer service processes.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel., • Experience with order entry and data management., • Strong customer service orientation., • Ability to work with ERP and CRM systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • 2+ years experience in a customer service capacity., • Familiarity with manufacturing and order processing environments.Work Environment This position operates in an office environment, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $27.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
