Job Description Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate to join a market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with restructuring experience who is looking to work on sophisticated Chapter 11 matters, out-of-court restructurings, liability management transactions, and distressed investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in complex restructuring transactions and a strong interest in distressed situations and special situations work.
