Food & Beverage Manager Wirral | £45,000 + Performance Bonus | Full-Time Lead a thriving hospitality operation where food, drink, service and entertainment come together. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to take ownership of a busy operation that combines a high-volume restaurant and bar with a popular leisure destination. The Role Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage department, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining strong financial performance. You'll lead from the front, motivating your management team and staff, ensuring the operation runs smoothly during both busy trading periods and quieter times. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire and develop the food & beverage team. Deliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Manage daily restaurant and bar operations. Drive food and beverage sales while controlling costs. Recruit, train and coach team members. Manage rotas, labour costs and staffing levels. Monitor stock control, ordering and supplier relationships. Maintain excellent food safety, health & safety and licensing compliance. Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives. Ensure consistently high presentation and operational standards across the venue. We're Looking For You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following: Food & Beverage Manager Restaurant Manager Hospitality Manager Operations Manager Deputy General Manager General Manager within hospitality You'll also bring: Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience managing busy hospitality operations. Commercial awareness and financial understanding. Confidence managing KPIs, labour costs and stock control. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A hands-on management style. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flexibility to work across a seven-day operation.
