As Media Measurement Lead, you will be Sky’s senior technical owner for media measurement standards, responsible for building and embedding a unified measurement framework across ATL, digital, testing, econometrics and campaign reporting. You will define the KPIs, methodology principles, evidential standards and confidence thresholds that determine how media performance is assessed, ensuring different evidence sources are interpreted consistently and used for the right decisions. A core part of the role is designing and delivering robust strategic geo-tests and other incrementality experiments that provide credible evidence on what drives growth. You will lead the technical design of these tests end-to-end, from feasibility, market selection, power and KPI definition through to evaluation, interpretation and recommendation. Reporting into the Head of Media Effectiveness, you will work closely with Econometrics, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, Media Strategy, Test & Learn and Publicis to connect measurement approaches into one practical framework for investment decision-making. This is a highly technical leadership role: the successful candidate will combine advanced statistical thinking, hands-on data capability and strong commercial judgement to protect the integrity of evidence while enabling confident media investment decisions. What you’ll do • Own Sky's end-to-end media measurement framework, defining KPI standards, methodological principles, evidential standards and the measurement approaches used to evaluate media investment across ATL and digital., • Act as Sky's senior technical measurement authority, providing expert guidance on measurement design, KPI selection, campaign evaluation and interpretation of results., • Lead the design and delivery of robust incrementality testing programmes, including strategic geo-tests and matched market experiments, ensuring outputs are statistically sound, commercially relevant and decision-ready., • Support the evolution of Sky's digital measurement approach, working with Digital Marketing teams to ensure platform, attribution and incrementality signals are used appropriately and consistently to optimise campaigns and evaluate outcomes., • Create a unified approach to interpreting evidence, integrating econometrics, testing, digital measurement, platform lift studies and campaign reporting into a coherent measurement framework., • Build and develop market-leading measurement capability, leading a team of technical specialists and embedding measurement best practice across Media, Digital, Econometrics and agency partners. Essential Criteria • Deep expertise in experimental design, causal measurement and statistical analysis, with experience designing and evaluating large-scale media tests (including feasibility, power analysis, KPI definition and confidence assessment), ideally including geo-testing or matched market experiments., • Strong understanding of media measurement across ATL and digital, including the strengths, limitations and appropriate application of econometrics, testing, attribution, platform measurement and campaign reporting., • Proven experience developing measurement frameworks, standards or methodologies, with the ability to define consistent approaches to evaluating media effectiveness across multiple channels and evidence sources., • Strong technical capability, including managing complex SQL queries across multiple data sources and using Python (or equivalent) to analyse, automate and interpret measurement outputs., • Proven ability to translate complex measurement, testing and modelling outputs into clear, commercially actionable recommendations, with confidence influencing senior stakeholders and challenging interpretation where appropriate., • Experience leading and developing analysts or technical specialists, building capability in measurement, statistical thinking and evidence-based decision-making. Desirable skills and experience • Experience working with econometric modelling / MMM outputs and integrating experimental findings into broader effectiveness frameworks., • Experience designing measurement approaches for digital marketing, including attribution, platform measurement, incrementality and campaign optimisation, • Experience assessing and challenging third-party measurement methodologies, including agency, platform or measurement partner approaches., • Experience applying advanced measurement techniques to strategic business questions, such as channel effectiveness, budget allocation, audience strategy or creative effectiveness. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Nuke Compositor to help build and shape an elite in-house compositing team within Sky Creative’s NxGen studio. \n This is a senior creative and technical role requiring a highly experienced compositor with strong leadership instincts, excellent communication skills, and a forward-thinking approach to modern VFX workflows. Reporting directly to the Project Lead/Design Director and Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining compositing standards, mentoring artists, refining workflows, and delivering high-end visual content across a diverse range of projects. \n This role places a strong emphasis on AI-assisted hybrid workflows — integrating AI-generated elements seamlessly into live-action plates, as well as contributing to the execution and finishing of fully AI-generated shots and sequences. You will help establish best practices for maintaining cinematic quality, consistency, realism, and creative control across rapidly evolving hybrid pipelines. \n You will take ownership of complex shots and sequences from initial setup through final delivery, while helping guide the development of a next-generation compositing pipeline that embraces AI-assisted and hybrid workflows. \n \n \n NxGen is Sky Creative’s AI-first hybrid studio, built to redefine how creative work is imagined, produced, and delivered. More than a studio, NxGen represents a new approach to modern content creation — driven by innovation, experimentation, and adaptability. \n \n \n What you'll do \n \n Creative & Project Leadership \n\n • \n Take ownership of high-end compositing work across individual shots and full sequences, ensuring exceptional visual quality and consistency. \n\n\n • \n Collaborate closely with the studio’s Creative Director, Design Director and Production to achieve the creative vision of each project. \n\n\n • \n Ensure final imagery meets both artistic and technical delivery standards. \n\n\n • \n Help define best practices for integrating AI-generated elements into high-end compositing workflows while maintaining cinematic realism and production-ready quality. \n\n\n • \n Lead the refinement and elevation of fully AI-generated shots and sequences where appropriate. \n\n\n • \n Work closely with AI Hybrid Artists, Creative Technologists, and CG teams to establish scalable, controllable, and artist-friendly workflows. \n\n\n • \n Evaluate the strengths and limitations of emerging AI tools and advise on their practical application within production environments. \n\n\n • \n Help ensure AI-assisted workflows maintain consistency, continuity, and creative integrity across projects. \n\n \n Team Leadership & Mentorship \n\n • \n Help build, shape, and mentor a growing in-house compositing team. \n\n\n • \n Provide clear, constructive feedback to junior and mid-level artists, fostering development and technical growth. \n\n\n • \n Support the establishment of best practices, team structure, and efficient communication workflows. \n\n\n • \n Act as a senior point of guidance for compositing challenges, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving in an open collaborative environment. \n\n \n Technical Workflow & Pipeline Development \n\n • \n Lead shot setup and compositing workflow development within Nuke. \n\n\n • \n Advise on workflow efficiencies, colour management, technical standards, and pipeline improvements. \n\n\n • \n Work closely with pipeline, production, and technology teams to improve scalability and efficiency across projects. \n\n\n • \n Contribute to ShotGrid (or equivalent tracking software), ensuring renders are properly published and project files are consistently organised, archived, and easily accessible for future updates or reuse. \n\n \n AI & Hybrid Workflow Integration \n\n • \n Help grow the development of AI-assisted hybrid workflows by evaluating and integrating emerging tools and technologies. \n\n\n • \n Maintain awareness of current developments in AI, machine learning, automation, and real-time production techniques relevant to compositing. \n\n\n • \n Understand the strengths, limitations, and practical applications of both traditional and AI-enhanced workflows within a production environment. \n\n \n \n What You'll Bring \n\n • \n Extensive professional experience as a Senior Compositor within VFX, post-production, animation, or high-end creative production environments, with strong focus on advertising output. \n\n\n • \n Expert-level knowledge of Foundry Nuke and modern compositing workflows. \n\n\n • \n Demonstrated history of producing exceptional visual work, consistently delivering creative and technical excellence within the practical constraints of production schedules, budgets, and client expectations. \n\n\n • \n Demonstrable leadership experience with a proven ability to identify, mentor, and nurture emerging talent, helping build a high-performing and collaborative compositing team \n\n\n • \n Strong eye for detail, composition, colour, lighting, realism, and visual continuity. \n\n\n • \n Deep understanding of colour science, EXR workflows, multi-pass compositing, and pipeline integration. \n\n\n • \n Experience with Nuke Studio, DaVinci Resolve, conforming, or editorial finishing workflows is a plus. \n\n\n • \n Strong understanding of and passion for developing AI-assisted compositing workflows and hybrid production methodologies. \n\n \n \n Benefits and perks \n \n There's one thing people can't stop talking about when it comes to life at Sky: the perks.
