Senior Beauty Therapist | Premium Beauty | Uxbridge | Up to £35k + Bonus We are looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist to join the business and play an important role in the continued success of the salon. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments while also supporting the day-to-day running of a premium, service-led environment. The successful Senior Beauty Therapist will act as a key support to the wider team, helping maintain standards, creating an outstanding client experience and contributing to the smooth operation of the salon each day. This role sits at the heart of a modern, high-quality beauty environment focused on consistency, care and service excellence. What the role involves You'll take ownership of delivering an exceptional client journey while supporting the daily operation of the salon. Working closely with leadership and the wider team, you'll help ensure standards remain high and that the salon runs efficiently throughout the day. This position combines expert treatment delivery with team support, organisation and a strong presence on the salon floor.
