Sales Administrator \n North Bristol / Filton | Hybrid Working (3 days office based) \n £28,000 – £32,000 + Excellent Benefits \n A fast-growing and expanding technology business based in North Bristol is seeking a Sales Administrator to join its busy and collaborative Sales Operations team. \n This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced commercial environment supporting a large sales function within a growing business. The role would suit someone highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. \n The Role \n The Sales Operations team plays a key role in supporting the wider sales organisation and ensuring revenue-generating activity is processed efficiently and accurately. \n Working within a fast-moving environment, responsibilities will include: \n Sales & Revenue Support \n\n • Preparing and issuing quotes, sales orders, renewals and change requests\n, • Supporting sales teams to ensure deals progress smoothly and efficiently\n, • Ensuring compliance with pricing, approval and operational processes\n, • Identifying and resolving issues that may impact revenue recognition\n\n Workflow & Stakeholder Management \n\n • Managing and prioritising incoming requests in line with SLA requirements\n, • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders on progress and timelines\n, • Balancing urgent requests alongside ongoing operational priorities\n\n Cross-Functional Support \n\n • Supporting Sales, Marketing, Client Management and Solutions teams\n, • Working closely with Finance and Project teams to ensure accurate handovers\n, • Assisting with billing reviews, invoicing and contract administration\n\n Partner & Vendor Coordination \n\n • Building strong relationships with external partners and vendors\n, • Coordinating pricing, renewals, reporting and partner-related processes\n\n Systems, Data & Continuous Improvement \n\n • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and operational systems\n, • Updating pricing documentation and sales collateral\n, • Supporting process improvements across the Sales Operations function\n\n The Person \n The successful candidate will have: \n\n • Previous experience within sales support, sales administration or customer service\n, • Experience working in CCaaS/Contact Centre/SaaS environments is highly desirable\n, • Exposure to Sales Operations or Revenue operations would be advantageous\n, • Excellent administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills\n, • Strong communication skills with confidence working across multiple teams\n, • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint\n, • The ability to remain calm and organised within a fast-moving environment\n, • A proactive, solution-focused and commercially aware mindset\n, • Experience of AWS Marketplace, CPPO and Funding processes would be helpful\n, • Previous experience of using Government Framework Portals such as G-Cloud/NS3 would be useful\n, • Experience of working with Hubspot, Netsuite and Zendesk is beneficial\n, • Experience of using Power BI for MI reporting and report building would also be advantageous\n\n Experience within SaaS, technology or fast-paced commercial environments would be advantageous, alongside exposure to systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite or Zendesk. \n Benefits \n\n • £28,000 – £32,000 salary depending on experience\n, • Hybrid working (3 days office based)\n, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n, • Private healthcare\n, • Worldwide travel insurance\n, • Income protection scheme\n, • Life assurance (4x salary)\n, • Pension scheme\n, • Employee assistance programme\n, • EV and Cycle to Work schemes\n, • Employee discounts\n, • Free parking\n, • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm\n\n
