You must have strong spoken and written English, as the role involves guest communication, reporting issues clearly, and following digital processes. Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, serviced accommodation, Airbnb, or property experience would be ideal. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the role involves travelling between properties across Bristol. Weekend availability is required, with weekday time off given as part of the rota. Working pattern This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, including weekends. Typical working hours are 09:00 to 17:00, although some flexibility is required depending on bookings, guest needs, and operational requirements.
