Fabric Technician Location: Liverpool Salary: Up to £35,000 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm) Are you an experienced Fabric Technician looking for a varied role on one of Liverpool's most recognisable retail and leisure estates? We're recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting the maintenance of a high-profile, multi-use commercial estate in the heart of Liverpool. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) Reactive building fabric maintenance Fire door inspections Water sampling and water flushing General decorating and making good Porter duties, including moving furniture and equipment Installing and removing decking for seasonal events Overseeing specialist subcontractors General building fabric repairs across the estate What We're Looking For Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance Excellent customer service and communication skills A proactive and reliable approach to maintenance Salary & Benefits Up to £35,000 basic salary 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays 1 in 6 call-out rota £150 standby payment Company van provided whilst on call Free on-site parking * Ongoing training and career development If you're looking for a long-term opportunity on a prestigious commercial estate with a leading Facilities Management business, we'd like to hear from you.
