Premier Work Support is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our longstanding clients for a Temporary Office Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Horsham. \n This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and operations run efficiently. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.\n, • Managing and updating pricing books.\n, • Handling short-term hire enquiries and bookings.\n, • Assisting with stock administration.\n, • Liaising with drivers regarding operational queries and daily updates.\n, • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.\n, • Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.\n, • Supporting bank holiday planning and staff holiday coordination.\n, • Providing administrative support to the General Manager, including rota management.\n, • Completing labelling and assisting with operational or production tasks during quieter periods when required.\n, • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider business.\n, • Full training will be provided.\n\n About You \n\n • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.\n, • A confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.\n, • Comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues both over the phone and face-to-face.\n, • Able to work independently and learn new processes quickly.\n, • Reliable, proactive and willing to support wherever required.\n, • Calm under pressure with good organisational and time management skills.\n, • Comfortable carrying out routine administrative tasks accurately and consistently.\n, • A positive team player with a flexible approach to work.\n, • Previous office administration experience is preferred, although candidates with strong organisational skills and the right attitude will also be considered.\n\n Essential Requirements \n\n • Good numeracy skills.\n, • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.\n, • Excellent spoken and written English.\n, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.\n\n Hours \n Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: Early finish, dependent on business requirements. \n Pay: £13.95 per hour \n Apply Today \n If you're looking for a varied office-based role where no two days are the same and your organisational skills can make a real difference, we would love to hear from you. \n Apply today to join a well-established business offering a supportive working environment and the opportunity to develop your skills.
