    We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Personal Assistant & Travel Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of Moloko. You will work closely with the team and our Chief Marketing Officer to support the day-to-day running, while helping coordinate the logistics involved in delivering our escapes. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys being organised, loves a good checklist and takes satisfaction from knowing that every detail has been covered. What you'll do Administration & Business Support • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the directors., • Managing emails, event calendars and follow-up actions., • Keeping records, documents and systems accurate and up to date., • Managing expenses across Moloko., • Helping improve processes and keep the business organised., • Supporting general tasks across the business as we continue to grow. Travel & Customer Coordination • Coordinating accommodation, transfers, bike hire and other trip arrangements., • Liaising with hotels, suppliers and partners., • Preparing customer itineraries and escape packs. Making sure deadlines are met and nothing is missed. Role Overview We are seeking a confident, friendly and motivated individual to support with administrative and outreach tasks in the company. The focus of this position is to work with the Operations & Project Managers to complete tasks necessary meet different project requirements/specifications and occasionally support the Outreach Manager in getting required number of sign-ups for our programmes. Key Responsibilities/Skills Required • Ability to maintain accurate records and administrative documentation; spreadsheets Word documents and other internal databases., • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work in a team, • Multitasking and effective time management, • Excellent Organizational Skills, • Manage workload effectively and work to deadlines to support project delivery., • Competent computer and administrative skills, including Word and Excel., • Positive, proactive and able to work well within a busy team environment Further Requirements • Right to work in the UK., • Have an up-to-date CV, • Good spoken and written English., • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner., • Immediate availability, • Must have, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check., • Able to travel locally for occasional programme needs/ outreach activities., • Previous experience in a similar field is beneficial but not essential – we welcome individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and complete training.
