An exciting opportunity for a Part Time Marketing Assistant has become available with a well-estblished organization based in Amersham. \n The role will cover 15-25hours per week. \n \n ROLE: \n\n • Writing, planning, and scheduling all marketing and content for the company including social media campaigns, manage the company’s social media presence and monitor engagement.\n, • Creation of email marketing campaigns and managing mailing lists.\n, • Creating content for product reviews and customer outreach.\n, • Assisting with maintaining the Company website.\n, • Upload product data.\n, • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and promotions.\n, • Researching and analysing market trends, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.\n, • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity to ensure that a consistent message is presented.\n, • Assist in the creation and execution of social media content and marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).\n, • Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website updates.\n, • Manage the company’s social media presence, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.\n, • Coordinate marketing materials and liaise with external suppliers and agencies.\n, • Maintain and update CRM systems and mailing lists.\n, • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports.\n\n \n REQUIREMENTS: \n\n • Entry level or experienced Marketing Assistant\n, • Suitable Marketing Qualification\n, • Tech savvy\n, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail\n, • Naturally enthusiastic and eager to learn\n, • Reliable and proactive with a passion for marketing and design\n, • Knowledge of digital marketing and experienced in using design tools\n, • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks\n, • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools\n\n \n MORE INFO: \n\n • Part Time Permanent\n, • 8:00am – 5:00pm\n, • 15-25 hours per week to start off (flexible on how the hours/days are arranged)\n, • £25,000 – £28,000 – full time equivalent (pro rata, calculated on working hours)\n
