Maintenance Technician \n\n • Annual Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum\n, • Location: Lingfield, Surrey \n, • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week\n\n Join our Clients dedicated Estates team as a Maintenance Technician. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of day-to-day maintenance, compliance reporting, and a comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance service across a 65-acre site that includes listed properties, residential, educational, offices, and medical facilities. \n Day-to-day of the role: \n\n • Work as a member of the maintenance team to provide planned and reactive building and engineering maintenance services to agreed standards.\n, • Schedule and plan your own daily work schedule in liaison with the Operations Supervisor to meet agreed service levels and customer requirements, assessing jobs, establishing and specifying materials/parts needs, and liaising with building users/customers as necessary.\n, • Ensure the completion of maintenance records/paperwork once jobs are finished and that the work site is left clean and tidy.
