About the Role \n We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to work across a variety of adult and children's services, including residential homes, supported living, and community-based settings. \n You'll support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs, and complex care requirements. \n We offer short-term and long-term placements, with a variety of shift patterns available, including: \n\n • Day shifts\n, • Waking nights\n, • 24-hour shifts\n, • Weekday and weekend work\n\n Whether you're looking for full-time hours or flexible work to fit around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs\n, • Encouraging independence and promoting choice\n, • Assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household duties\n, • Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments\n, • Building positive, professional relationships with service users\n, • Administering medication where trained and required\n, • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns\n, • Promoting safeguarding, dignity, respect, and the highest standards of care at all times\n\n Pay & Benefits \n\n • £13.50 per hour – Day rate\n, • £15.50 per hour – Waking Night rate\n, • £62 - Sleep-in Rate\n, • Flexible shifts to suit your availability\n, • Bi-Weekly pay\n, • Short and long-term placements available\n, • Opportunities across both adult and children's services\n, • Ongoing training and development\n, • Friendly, supportive consultants who are always on hand to help\n\n Requirements \n\n • Minimum 3 months' experience as a Support Worker\n, • Experience working with adults and/or children in residential, supported living, or similar care settings\n, • Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude\n, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n, • Right to work in the UK\n, • Enhanced Adult & Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one)\n\n Desirable \n\n • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or similar\n, • Full UK driving licence\n
