Our flagship event, Redhill Open Air, launches this September and will feature live music, comedy, street food, bars and entertainment across a unique outdoor venue in Nottinghamshire. This is just the beginning. Our ambition is to establish Redhill Open Air as an annual event while developing additional outdoor events and experiences across the region. We're a small, passionate team looking for people who enjoy building something from the ground up and want to make a genuine impact. The Opportunity We're looking for a proactive and creative Freelance Marketing Manager to lead our promotional campaign in the six weeks leading up to Redhill Open Air. This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape the public launch of a brand-new event and work closely with the company directors and creative partners. If the partnership is successful, there is a strong possibility of ongoing freelance work on future events and campaigns. Responsibilities You will help plan and deliver our marketing campaign by: • Managing the six-week promotional campaign., • Coordinating social media content across multiple platforms., • Scheduling and publishing campaign content., • Working with designers to ensure consistent branding., • Supporting ticket sales campaigns., • Creating engaging promotional copy., • Liaising with media partners and community organisations., • Coordinating email marketing campaigns., • Managing event listings and promotional opportunities., • Identifying local partnership opportunities., • Tracking campaign performance and making recommendations., • Helping generate excitement and momentum in the lead-up to the event. We'd Love Someone Who Has Experience In • Event marketing., • Music, comedy or festival promotion., • Digital marketing., • Facebook, Instagram and TikTok campaigns., • Email marketing platforms., • Content planning., • Paid social advertising (desirable)., • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)., • Working independently., • Managing multiple deadlines.
